I have always been passionate about alternative therapies and exploring ways to heal naturally from emotional and physical issues. But it was only after leaving a demanding career in publishing to have a family, when a spiritual path suddenly opened up before me and quite literally changed my life.

I found energy healing and Reiki at this time and it allowed me to heal on an extremely deep level, while helping my family to do the same. Having the tools to feel at peace, shift old beliefs and bring amazing experiences into my own life and those around me has been a true gift.

I am continuously learning, growing and healing myself; something I believe we should never stop doing! I am a fully qualified Usui Intuitive Reiki practitioner and I have studied with world-renowned teachers in London and the US in the fields of intuition development, spirituality, Reiki, quantum healing, mediumship, sound healing and meditation. This has allowed me to raise my consciousness and heal, while staying firmly grounded and I feel passionate about helping others to do the same.
